Shopping Information
📦 How long does it take to process an order?
All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend may be dispatched during busy periods; otherwise, they will be sent on the next working day.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time. We currently ship within the UK only.
🔄 What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
If you receive the wrong product, please do not open it — contact us immediately and we will arrange a return and send the correct item.

✅ Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes. All products sold at Pearl Fragrances are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers.
⏳ How long do your fragrances last?
Longevity varies depending on the fragrance, skin type, and environment. Most Eau de Parfum fragrances typically last between 6–10 hours, while extrait or oil-based fragrances may last even longer.
📩 How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Our Checkout is secured by Shopify.
🏬 Can I collect my order in-store?
Yes, you can select local collection at checkout and collect your order from our store during opening hours.
